Here goes, Leonard. The most popular way to access Utah Lake is via Utah Lake State Park. From I-15 in Provo, take Exit 265 (Center Street exit) and follow Center Street west to the park towards the lake. To find out what you can do once you’re there, read this. You can also access the lake via one of these five other popular marinas, or you can go here for a full list and detailed map of 30 official access points.
Of course, if you’re looking for more scenic views of the lake, I’d recommend the west lake drive on Highway 68 or one of these three scenic drives. Hope that helps.
